Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Im up…and ready to move…sitting here sipping my ☕️…setting my intentions of what im going to accomplish today…

I started doing squats standing at the counter for support yesterday…plan to do those like the counter pushups..8 at a time..then walk off..do something else…come back for 8 more…yes…i can feel the 4 sets of 8 i did yesterday…lol…but its not bad….no gain..without pain…

33 outside at the moment….heat is on…and im thinking…warmer mornings….never got use to the cold…the nice part of being here…in the afternoons…when the sun is out…gets so warm in my room…i have to shut the blinds..use a fan u brought…

Doing the squats is a full body workout …and a new move…a new challenge…

Coffee is gone…

Time to rock..

Good morning! It’s 34 high 45 today. Sunny with lots of birds. Enjoying my coffee. I was awake 3-5 this morning so running a bit behind after sleeping in but I will set my intentions and get it done. Yep, no pain no gain. I used to wear a shirt to the gym years ago that said that. The countertop really helps. Glad you taught me that!💪👍 Happy Thursday!:)

Makes note to self…squats best done later in day..after legs are limbered up…then at 7am..when you are still waking up…lol
