Plan: lift weights everyday...walk again when its safe...yogurt and oat bran every morning...and grapefruit..I just really hate blueberries...work on guitar chord changes today..did 20 Women's army sit ups and bridges...do anniversaries for February..get Michelle's chip. Read Tradition One in OA 12 and 12..want to be conscious of my dogmatic responses which I decry in others...
