First…..thank you universe for a great night of sleep….and also for my knees feeling better …as in…i can get more steps in today….

Plan today…workout like always…plus walk the halls and the stairs…

Good morning! I just had the biggest laugh about the perfume. I commented a suggestion!😂🤣😆 Way to go getting good sleep and your knees feeling better! That must all feel nice!👍 You will be extra, extra moving it today.💪 My nephew is here until Monday so I have a lot to make up for next week. Lots of moving, lots of cleaning. Enjoying my time with him because he won’t be back until Easter. Got to go start making some lunch. Have a terrific Tuesday!:)
