Merry Christmas…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 sunday…

I was listening to a podcast yesterday…and i think i nodded off..even though my fibit didnt notice it…and thats why the whoop shows i only needed 7 hours of sleep…thats my story….lol

Of all the things…i didnt ask for on Christmas….battery should have been there…my scales died this morning…and i looked for some to replace them ..found 3 rechargeable..which is all i use..but there was only 3….which is what i need…but figured they needed a charge…and you cant just charge 3… o well…il figure it out….

Took short one lap walk…picked up a snack down in kitchen area…so my pain pill would start working…i e veen taking at least 1most morning when i wake up..just to keep arty from bothering me as bad…it helps to a pount…just never thought as i got older…it would be like this…the reality of living a happy healthy life is a myth….i kno it could be worse…it can always be worse….

Merry Christmas to all…may this upcoming year bring you everything you think you need in life…ive found that less is more….
