Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Went for my morning walk inside…30…26 with wind chill outside…only gonna drop more as days pass bu..nice to be able to walk inside…it was a slower walk this morning…have to admit..my legs didnt want to walk today…i noticed when i did the counter pushups..my triceps were a little sore..different workout added yesterday…i got on bike and rode for 30 minute ride..leg felt good today…hopefully…after lunch…do it again..different route…also need to increase band on pull downs…getting to easy to do reps…

All i though about this morning when i was trying to walk….was my first cup of coffee ☕️/ chocolate….mmmmm….it taste so good….

Trying to start a new habit..of doing a morning walk…as i get more use to it..add more rounds on to it…last 2 mornings…just one trip…one trip…about 20 minutes..stairs on both ends…dang…hit bottom of coffee ☕️ cup….mmmm….need more…lol…

Back…had to make second cup…and instead of just starting there waiting..kno ked out another…32 pusups..they all add up over the day…todays plan like usual…workouts…and a ride after lunch…o yeah walking to…

Less time in recliner…i do get my rest time…just not as long as it once was…

Wellll…sipping last cup….breakfast in 30 minutes…

Good morning and happy Thursday! Enjoying my coffee, too! But you figured that! Lol You have your day all planned out!💪👍 It’s cold and rainy out. Not a lot to do today which is ok after two weeks of extra busy. My nephew will be back Monday for two weeks. I am super excited about that! Enjoy your recliner time.
