Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday….

My charge 5 updated my fitbit app yesterday’s…so…now i have something else to challenge me to move more…and it will show in fatsecret that im moving more….

Changed my morning habit this morning…instead of waking up..and sitting in recliner to wake up…i got up at 4am…set for 30 minutes..then decided to get dressed…go for a morning walk inside…down the stairs..acrost the facility hall..back up the stairs…and back to room…also knocked out first 100 counter pushups…and set back into recliner with first cup of ☕️/ chocolate…yes…i remembered the water today…lol

Just set up second cup of coffee…but need to add more movement before breakfast…

Rained last night..temps are changing for the colder one..


Well….time is passing….my coffee…is being wasted…lol…gotta rock…

Good morning! Glad you got that coffee made without problems today! Lol No, don’t waste it.💪 Good for you getting so much done already and walking all over the place! I walked to the coffee pot. 😂 I go strong all day but not before my coffee!☕️ It’s getting colder everywhere I think. I better sip up and get up. Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

Readjusted my minutes of moving on fitbit to 4 hours..just ti see how that goes…from 4am-1201pm…im more active….after that..well…i tend to be running on fumes….lol…so today is a test to see where i need to reset fitbit to find what works for me….plus i had to take a pain killer…so why not use it to move more…lol
