Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Didn’t get my 8… but already up and working out…added some new moves in yesterday..counter pushups are increasing…I do a count of 8… for a set… but have gone from 24-32 up to 40 at a time…nsv…

Weight was down…also walking on days my knees/legs feel like it..doing stairs again…always looking to add something new..if my body can do it…

39 outside this morning..but can hear the wind blowing…forecast for next Friday..less then an inch of that white stuff…

Feeling pretty good..for not getting my 8… right now a nap this afternoon sounds like a sure thing…but I’ve noticed that since I’ve been moving more…I’m taking less naps…

Well…need to add my weight…yeah…lol…

Good morning! It’s 34 high 51 but a little white stuff next Thursday/Friday. Could change by then. Never know about the weather. You can drink your hot chocolate and watch it snow. That is so relaxing. You probably will need a nap with upping your workouts and all the walking! And to make up for less sleep. You know how to work it! 👍 Have a fantastic Friday and enjoy your nap!:)
