Bbbrrrr…26….feels like 17….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Just barely got my 8 hours..lol…but was ready to get my back into a diff position…some nights…back gets tired of laying….

Wind still blowing…started raining at noon..with strong winds…this morning when I looked on radar…was showing snow…but when I opened blinds…no snow…and that’s just fine….

Slow about getting with the daily routine…but once I get more with it…the grind starts once again…I really like using the bands…with hooks on the wall….doesn’t take up that much room…and it’s quiet…most of my workouts..are 10-15 minutes…but I do 3-4 workouts thru the day…changing them up each day…jav….did you ever get yours out….lol..hint hint…

Well…hot chocolate is gone..my body is warm..time to rock….

Good morning! Cold and high winds here, too! Mostly today and then it settles down. I woke up at 4 but slept until 7. I was happy about that. I guess your bands in the wall checked out to be strong and safe without the walls coming down. Lol That’s a good thing! I better get to sipping. ☕️☕️ Got so much done yesterday and ready to do it again. Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

Maintenance man here installed the heavy hooks into the 2x4s …glad he done it..or my walls would of had extra holes in them…lol

Let me ask…does thinking about it…make you feel better after a workout…lol….do this…sit in a chair…start out with the ten..the yellow band…put your feet out with band stretched out on bottom of your feet….easy starter for you….

You may have to grab bands to pull them…as I do…they are to long wen I sit in a chair….
