Oh sigh! I've been relaxed about my eating and my weight has crept up over the past few months. This morning I hit 220. That's the wrong direction! My all time high was 280, so I really don't want to drift higher. My current pants have gotten tighter, so it's time to refocus and turn this around. Balanced eating; intuitive eating and normal foods have not worked for me. In order to lose, I really do best with very low carb, so I'm cutting out the fruits and grains. I'll miss them, but it's time to get moving south again! And time to record my eating, too. Self-discipline, accountability and daily walks. I know what to do, now I just need to get back to it.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Low carb is the best way for me as well. Best of luck as you make positive changes.
