Happy 😃 happy 😃 t-day….

Had 100% sleep last night…as I set in recliner last night..right before bedtime…I was thinking about my workouts I wanted to accomplish today…getting a morning ride in…then before breakfast push-ups and pull-down..get a great set of workout in before lunch…keep in a calories deficit…so that when I eat..it’s already feeding the hunger…

Rain on the way looks like…37 right now..with a high in the upper 40s today…netter then that white stuff….lol
