Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday….

545am….here I sit….no ride yet…in fact..still sitting in recliner….waking up…one of them days..where my body said…no ride today…just a day of resistance bands and walking to mix it up…have slowly started using the stairs again ..less elevator use…

Yesterday was a day off…had heating pad on shoulder blades…just one of them days…did a few short movements just to try…but didn’t get to after it…an easy day…

Caria earners….or how ever you spell it ..came from Amazon yesterday…now I can use the ez curl bar ..and attach the resistance bands to do dead lifts or what ever to it…

Not ideal set up for the main body builder…but..I’m just trying to build some muscle…to keep me active…

Well…need to get this body up….lol…or it’s gonna be another day off…

Awesome! I've been tracking sleep on the Fitbit for about a month and it's pretty accurate on hours/times slept. You're doing great :-)

Good morning! Bands and walking will be good! Ride or no ride, you will catch up! I’ve got lots to do today. High 55 so that will be lovely. Will get my blue Christmas lights up outside. I don’t plug them up right away but I never know what the weather will bring. A lot of people have theirs up and on. Drives me NUTS! Better sip, sip and get at it. ☕️☕️ Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)
