Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Had to drag myself to my first workout…just wasn’t in the mood today…but also knew…there’s gonna be worse days then today…for me..that has the equipment…in the room…no excuses…less I’m sick or injured…it’s not like I can not see it…it’s in the room in sight…

Just another day…same ole same ole….

Missed an hour of my sleep last night..I can tell…when it was time to sleep…I was still wound up…

Set my intentions….make it happen…

Morning! Congrats on powering through to accomplish that ride and do your exercise! 🎉 I admire your dedication. Even years ago when you use to bundle up and ride outside, you had that drive! I considered getting out my resistance bands yesterday but it was just a passing thought. I even talked to my hubby about going to the gym. Then I said, maybe that will be my New Year’s resolution. Just another excuse on my part. Just don’t have your drive. Clearly, you didn’t feel like doing it but you did! Good for you!! Have a fabulous day!

Good morning! It’s still early. You will probably snap out of it in awhile. Some days, it just takes a little more push. We all have the same struggle from time to time. You are almost always up and at it early so you will be fine to pause a little. I had a nice outing yesterday. Probably another today. Prep cooking tomorrow. Any fun activities going on there this week besides a nice meal Thursday? Any auctions? Hope you have a terrific Tuesday!:)

I guess jav..I look at it like this..if I eat..I need a way to help release what I eat…for years..I ate..and sat..and that didn’t work it off…and any kind of a workout..even if it’s 2 minutes..is better then no workout…there are days..I don’t want to workout..I have them…but then I think….am I gonna stop eating…like everything in life..every little thing you do to have a healthier lifestyle…is just a habit you create…and tweak to fit you…get on you tube…look up resistance band workouts…that’s how I started….
