Had a spike last week that I forgot to record (we ordered pizza last Friday night, so I'm guessing that's to blame). Brought it back down a little, but still higher than where I was :(
Exercise this coming week is going to have to be walking, as my family is coming to visit, and the two days they aren't here I have to work overtime to make up for the days I'll be out.
Trying to be more conscious of actually eating (read: slowing down and actually chewing my food, setting the fork down in between bites, etc etc0. Also working on purposely making more trips rather than less (ex: bringing my glass to the table and then going back for my plate).
