Up and at it….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Since the time change…so much easier to be ready to ride or workout within 30 minutes of getting out of bed…as I like to get started as soon as I can…less time for that little voice to be awake to realize what’s going on..lol..

Soaked up some rays yesterday…next week in the 40s most days…not my kind of weather….lol even colder at night…sitting with window open since last night…not sure that will happen as temps drop…but cold on the body is good for changing whit fat to brown fat…might have to investigate that…

Well…time is passing…a few things to do…

Good morning! You got it going on early like always! 💪👍 I sat out a bit yesterday but I got cold. Only in the 50’s but today and tomorrow much warmer. High 60’s and then the cold sets in for days! Coffee will get me through! Lol ☕️☕️ Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)
