Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

My stats from my body last night as I slept…another part of my whoop and what it tracks…

Already got them endorphins up an moving…first workout started…with more coming today…my cup of coffee…since I don’t drink it anymore…now my workout takes its place…

Sleeping with window open at night…just seems to make me sleep so much differently…just the colder mornings…lol….

Well…things to get done before breakfast….

Good morning! I like the windows up and cooler mornings, too. Although, I do have a heated bed. Lol I need coffee and then workout later. 😆 Ir’s great you can get right at it! The contractor finished yesterday and lawncare came and got my leaves done. I felt like a new woman! Lol Hope you have a fabulous Friday!:)
