Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Already up and at it…lol…

I changed my workout on the stairs this morning…I went down…turned around came up..turned around back down and up..3 times..walked the hall…and back to room…always looking to change the workout…adding new stuff..just to change bit…

Supposed to warm up on Thursday or so..both day an night…. Looking forward to that…get some rays…

Was extra tired yesterday…not sure why…thinking it’s the weather…took2 hour nap yesterday morning….then went to bed a little early last night…I no longer stay up…just to stay up…I let my body have the rest and recovery it needs…

Listening to podcast as I write this…todays is…mind pump…and the genius life

My fitbit…it died yesterday..wouldn’t charge..regardless of what I tried…so…no more tracking steps…but I really didn’t use it for that…so….one less tracker to charge…lol…

Well..6am…time to get motivated again…get band workouts started…

Good morning! What a workout this morning. 💪👍Nice to see you feeling better! I can’t wait for the warmup tomorrow! We got light snow last night but it is gone this morning. Just light rain today. Enjoying coffee without birds. ☕️☕️Not sure where they are. I think the weather makes us tired. I never take a nap but did yesterday. You are right. No use to just stay up when we need rest. Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

36 here at 9am…just went for another walk thru the facility..plus the stairs…turned heat off..sun is shining thru one of 2 windows in my room…gives you false thoughts of how cold it actually is outside…people walking by me to go outside to smoke had coats on…and gloves…glad that’s one habit I h ever got addicted to…just stopping the food addiction is bad enough…lol

It is 37 high 42 and no sun. Yes, managing food is enough. At least it’s inside where it’s warm!:) lol
