This meal was 440 calories. The chicken is actually half of a large breast. I made the sauce with about 1/4 cup of some leftover soup added to sautéed onions & garlic, that I spread on the chicken & popped in the oven. The veggies were moistened with 1 tbsp. EVOO (For Hubby & I both) & sprinkled with seasoning. I added that to the skillet with the chicken about 10 min. in. I put the pan under the broiler for a few minutes at the end for a little browning. A tasty meal doesn't have to be difficult or complicated.
