Yeah!! This is day 14, what a 2 weeks this has been. My grand total for the 2 weeks was 3 lbs, but I am back to goal and still determined. So while I am motivated I am going on to another 2 weeks on induction. Induction is probably the easiest to stay on because you know exactly what you can't have, no guessing. It works for me.
