Late night eating to stay awake on my ride home from the bus did me in for Monday. I ate in the early morning hours of like 2-4 a.m. and made bad choices. Slight weight gain because my body is not used to that junk anymore. A workout will help me to cleanse my system plus plenty of water to detox. Feeling god about workouts now because when I miss them now I "miss them" if you know what I mean. They are better than any Red Bull or energy drink I could consume. Here is to a positive week for everyone.
