Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Getting all kinds of rest….even shut off alarm at 4 and slept in…feeling almost back to normal..only had to take 2 pain pills all day yesterday….a good sign…only Hurd sitting or bending over…but as I said mending nicely…

Plan today…do some workouts with lighter bands..just get movement…no weights yet…in time…no riding yet either…that to in time…

32 outside…glad to be in…hate seeing winter getting closer…but the seasons are changing …on way to hospital other day..could see the trees changing colors….and the crops still in the fields…we’re looking close to being cut for the season….fall/winter is on its way again…

Well….need to do a few things…weight is higher today..drank a lot of water yesterday…20 oz more then normal…but was thirsty…still draining it off today…lol…a lot of up an down last night…

Good morning! Well, a bit afternoon now. In the 50’s here and sunny. Just got in from grocery shopping. Wanted to get out and walk around. I usually order online. Only had a half cup of coffee and took off. Can you believe it? Lol BUT, I did get a mocha while I was out!☕️😂 Yes, the trees are turning. I have several and in the last week they have changed so much! Winter is coming but I do like the quiet outside. No mowers and stuff. Happy to hear that you are getting lots of rest! Good news that you are recovering well and turned the alarm off. Good for you!👍 Have a relaxing day!:)

I use to drink the mocca…mmmmmm….good stuff….in fact…when I was drinking it at the time…I was telling my g/f at the time how good it was,..she didn’t like coffee…but a few sips…she was hooked…she still drinks it to this day…lol…it’s cool here today…windy..with the sun out…I just can’t seem to stay awake…had 9 hours last night..a nap this morning..and I’m thinking…another one this afternoon…guess I nerd it….

Yes, mocha is good stuff! Especially, when I don’t get it often. Easy to get hooked on for sure! Maybe you need one to wake ya up. Lol I bet you are tired. A lot these last few days and need to rest!:)👍
