Happy 😃 happy Saturday…

Only 7 hours of sleep…but since I’m on recording days for several days..healing from surgery….il cats up on rest…actually my recovery was at 91% this morning and in the green….so no bike time today….not sure about sitting in my wooden chair to do resistance band workouts…at 73…. I had to get circumcised…was having a lot of uti problems over the last year….I was on lasix…which I’m no longer on..tried to get my doctor to take me off it…but he wouldn’t..even though my swelling of my ankles….so…I got a new doctor….that was highly recommend….

After I was released yesterday I was so dehydrated…and naturally ..I had to p…to get released…drank some water..even tea….everything works…but was still so dehydrated…left ..headed home…was so out of it still..stopped McDonald’s…first chocolate shake in so long..was the wrong choice for moisture and a chicken club..came home..and set around…carefully getting up yesterday…the pain is minimal….taking tramadol for pain..they gave me hydrocodone….and really…I’m surprised at how little I hurt…everyone told me I’d be in a lot of pain…I did a 24 hour fast yesterday….plus my mind set was I didn’t get in the pain mode…

Plan today…walk….move as much as I can…just sit slowly…lol…need to weigh in…suck up the gain…instead of waiting for the loss….own the gains…since I wasn’t able to yesterday…and I’m sure it’s gonna be up…no biggie…just a number…

Went walking…and did some resistance band workouts…also counter pushups…but when I was sitting at the restaurant band chair..leaning over to pick up the dumbbell…was a no no…lol….gotta learn for a few days….

Good morning! Goodness! That is a bit of an ordeal. Yes, ignore the gains! Be kind to yourself. Don’t rush or worry about anything! You needed/deserved that shake and sandwich! Rest in that easy chair and drink up, buttercup!💦💦 Ohhh! A nap too!:) 😴 Have a super Saturday!
