Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Read davidprincess journal this morning…and related to it…when I started fatsecret…I had started to change my lifestyle…back in 2007… long time ago..with different thoughts of what I expected in the end…my first year I went from 375…. Down to 275…spent my time walking …lots of miles that first year…always looking to get down more…but I just never got down to the 200 mark that I had set in my mind…but I continued to keep the mindset…working off the processed food as much as I could…and getting some kind of exercise…over the years…the weight crept up..bad habits..life got in the way…but I also learned to refocus to get back on track…now years later…it’s no longer about hitting a number…it’s about how I feel….being in a healthy state of mind and body….

This week…I’ve been getting ready for Friday and my in out surgery on Friday morning…I quit all supplements on Sunday…Monday I was tired..no vitamins…but as week has progressed…I’ve also not been sleeping that great…getting my sleep when I can…but the workouts continue as does eating the best I can…it’s something that I know..that cheating..or eating something that I normally don’t eat…then I have to make up for that….

As I got on to ride..I turned on mind pump podcast…. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/mind-pump-raw-fitness-truth/id954100822 and it is a lot along the lines of being consistent with what works for you….

Well…I have things to do…packing over night bag..staying over night tonight at motel…that way tomorrow morning we…sister..my driver and me..don’t have to drive 45 miles in dark to get there…should be home by noon Friday…no iPad tomorrow for journal….so…

Good morning! Yes, her post was a good one to relate to. You are exactly right, it is about how you feel mentally and physically. I have felt the good and the bad. Sorry you haven’t slept well and feeling the no vitamins. I am glad you and your sister will be closer to your surgery and not driving too early in the dark. I know you will do great with everything. You are such a strong guy mentally and physically! Always making the best of everything and making each day better than the one before! Not to mention, everyone will want to talk to you! Lol Just pretend you are going on a mini vacation tonight. Let us know how it all goes when you are up to it. You GOT this!!!
