Waking up to 53 outside…windows are closed..lol..but once sun wakes up..then il open them again…

Weighed in…be posting that in a few…

Another day..another set of workouts…keep it exciting…

Time to get dressed…get this day in gear…

Good morning! You are up and at it as always! 💪👍 Windows open last night. Slept in nicely this morning. Enjoying my coffee. ☕️ Enjoying the quiet in case it changes. Not many birds around these days. Just a few here and there on my feeders. Lots of empty bird houses. Hope you have a marvelous Monday!:)

After more workout..and lunch…meditated for 45 minutes…I didn’t go to sleep…and felt so refreshed…when I opened my eyes..it was a different feeling,,then I normally have…usually I get so relaxed I doze off…
