Not doing so well with my goals because I thought I could just keep mental track of my food intake. Guess what…it doesn’t work that way. I personally find I am way more successful if I record my food. My weight hadn’t budged at all so here I go again. I’m also thinking about going to the gym close by. Sheesh. I know what’s involved just not sure I can do it. I did record my food today so that’s a start. No excuses.

I was getting lazy too and not inputting my food. Big difference in my choices. Was better when I was more accountable

Welcome back and best of luck 🍀 I agree on the food tracking. I had no idea the difference recording makes until I started!

Thanks for the encouragement. The accountability to the fat secret community via this blog as well as to myself is helpful. Now I need to get myself moving more. Again, no excuses.

Tracking keeps me honest. It’s amazing how tracking makes you think twice about that extra yoghurt (or dessert for that matter!!). The best of luck on your weight loss journey. If I can do it, you certainly can🤗
