Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Got my sleep last night…felt great…took today off..no ride..no resistance bands…just a day off for a change…

Had already started drinking water this morning before I weighed in…o well….and since I been in a fast since noon yesterday…trying to decide if I want to continue…to many choices…lol….

Rain tonight they say…60 right now…cool morning for sure…

A day off….lol…what will I do…

Have a fantastic positive day…

Ty navy..I went walking inside ..just to get a different move in….I ask my cna how the man was…they brought him back yesterday….he’s bed ridden…and they called hospice in…sad to see that happen to him….but understand it’s best for him….
