Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

5 hours of sleep…even listening to the 10 hour loop…guess I was ready to rock,,and roll outta bed…nap later I’m hoping…lol

Weighed in before ride…was up…but barely..pts ok..part of the journey and changing my normal way of eating…hard for me to eat the extra carbs..to get the fat percentage down on the scale…actually I was surprised when I started tracking the fat percentage…if you omit carbs…then chances are your fat might go up…well..it did for me…as I was eating greasy pork sausage..bacon…and since I track fat in my menu…I should of noticed it more…but….you gotta eat something…less you fast more..eat less…sometimes I’m working on…my addiction to food is slowly decreasing….

Also watching my calories in my whoop thru the day…the more calories burned..better results next day…I wasn’t as active yesterday…I stubbed my little toe…it was so sore yesterday..especially with shoes on…but todays a new day..it’s completely better….

Only 548 am….might have time to walk the halls before breakfast…get my body up and going again,..


Gotta go…

Good Friday morning! That’s not much sleep but a nap later will balance it out. I was up .6 this morning too but under my calories yesterday. Yes, too little carbs makes my fat higher too. Balancing macros is like a puzzle. Oh sorry, you hurt your little toe! At least I didn’t say shoulder this time!😂😆 Hope it feels better soon. I bruised my ankle good the other day on a cabinet door but it is mostly better now. The things we do! Lol Hope you have a fabulous Friday!:)

That cabinet just reached out and grabbed you huh..lol yeah..I went walking…it’s a lot better today…yesterday was one of them days…I shut the door on my finger to…lol…guess I just wasn’t in tune with what was going on..lesson learned…pay attention…lol
