Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Someone (me)… still waking up as I picked courses..to ride…didn’t realize it was gonna be a hill day…but it was…lol…nice thing about being half asleep when your picking routes to ride..if your half way asleep..you just want to pick one and get to riding…

Listened to thunderstorms again last night…10 hour loop..was still playing when I shut it off…I did get more deep sleep..helping me to recover more…

Another fast week…Friday is almost here again…weeks fly by…

Switched my food around alittle…get off the eggs and try oatmeal for awhile…I just get tired of the same food to pick from…same way with lunch..only so many choices…every day is different..but these people gotta have their potatoes…and their sweets…I had a piece of lemon cake yesterday..had chocolate icing…icing was to sweet for me..had to scrape it off and left half the cake as well…I never get big pieces of desert..as they know I’m not a fan of desserts….

Well…gotta change..and get ready for breakfast…just an 18 hour fast today…I’m hungry…lol…

Good morning! I’ve done that on my treadmill before by just randomly picking a program and not reading stats. I do usually check the level though. I wouldn’t like the thunderstorms, just the rain but some people like the sound of storms. Glad you ate that lemon cake for me! 😋Yum! But chocolate icing? That seems strange and would have taken it off too. Lol Yes, the week has flown by. I’m kinda glad because I am ready for my Naturopath appointment Tuesday! I hope you have a wonderful Thursday and enjoy breaking the fast today!:)

Glad your appointment is getting closer…know how that is…hoping it’s good news for you…good news always a natural high..when going to see the do tor…but bad news is finding out what’s been going on for you as well….with hopefully solutions…

After breakfast went for short walk…just trying to change up the workout today…as with the food..changing it up from low carb…to less fat…it’s like learning all over once again…lest they put a day or two ahead on the menus,.so I can go to my daily menu and add the better picks…to get what I need…once again a meal challenge…
