This week has been a little rough. Yesterday was the one year anniversary of my brother's death, Jack bit my daughter last night and got sent away today, and tomorrow I will take my mom's husband, who was recently diagnosed with ocular cancer, to get a brain scan to see if the cancer has spread. In the morning I will go to the gym but tonight I am watching Harry Potter, listening to my husband on the police scanner, eating a PB&J, and going to bed... because sometimes life is just hard.

It seems that the kindest most giving people have their strength tried at a higher intensity more frequently. My heart and prayers are with you. I agree with HCB, give your self time and space to heal. Don't cut yourself short on self care. God will never give us more than we can handle, but sometimes He has way more confidence in our abilities than we think possible! 🙏🙏🙏💞
