Happy Sunday Afternoon - not trying to be repetitious - but since this is my journal I feel the need to list my new goals (just so I don't forget).

1) I will EXERCISE according to plan
2) I will practice PORTION CONTROL
3) I will NOT EAT AFTER DINNER
4) I will DRINK MORE WATER - and remember to record it
5) I will ORGANIZE - and re-organize - as often as it takes
(Less chaos = more control = better results)

And last, but not least, a big thanks to all those who are helping me along the way!

Tracy - Different people can tolerate different levels of disorder. I'm afraid I am more like your husband in this regard. I need routine and order else I feel like I'm not in control of my life.

Hey Buffy girl, yeah I need to to copy your to do list. Need to get my head on straight and I am expecting you to kick my rear. I really hate that I won't be around Friday or Saturday as I am going to see my other sister those days. I will how ever right down all my foods and post them when I get back. She has a nice drive by her house so I can at least walk...I'll keep you posted on that...Have a great day..Bren

Repetition is excellent, it is true that we have to keep reminding ourselves otherwise we easily forget..out of sight out of mind...glad to see your minding your mind Buffy:) TOWANDA!!!!
