I've finished 2 days of low fat eating. It ends up being a really high carb diet for me - 75% of calories from carbs. I had beans and milk for protein and there are carbs in both. I have to limit cheese and nuts which were sources of protein before. I plan on having chicken today and tuna later in the week. I don't need to keep fat as low as I have the last 2 days. I am going to finally get to the grocery store today after my doctor appointment. I should probably make a list otherwise I'll end up buying things that I shouldn't eat. But so far I only have brussels sprouts and grapes on the list!

Yesterday when I let Bobby outside in the early afternoon 3 deer came out from under the deck so I told him to wait until the deer could jump over the fence. He's good about staying away from them but I'm afraid they'll kick him when they jump. Still haven't seen the baby turkey but the house sitter assured me Bobby didn't hurt him and the baby got away to join Mama turkey.
