Several days of significant calorie deficits still have not made a dent in Saturday's indulgence day, so recording the 11 pound gain that remains. Body is still not feeling back to normal. I hate to say it, but it looks like I'll have to cut certain foods out completely. Continuing to target a 1000 calorie per day deficit.
