My doctor's office called to tell me he had looked at the x-rays of my hips and saw no abnormalties other than arthritis but thought I would benefit from physical therapy. I finished physical therapy for my sciatic nerve and back in March but this is a new problem I guess although I still have pain in some of the same places. I don't like physical therapy but will go at least a few times to find out what stretches will help me.
Didn't walk today. I always seem to get leg and hip pain in the middle of the night after I walk. But I do try to walk most days for at least 30 minutes. I took Bobby to the park in town 2 days ago and walked there - it's level. He loved it, all the smells on the grass and lots of gopher or mole holes. I saw one peeping out of one of the holes. I have one in my yard too. I tell the bug guy to just leave it alone. I don't have a real yard, just weeds that get mowed.
I'm back on track with my eating for the most part. I stepped on the scale this morning, after coffee and breakfast and was down about a pound from yesterday. I don't want to post my weight until I am back in "onederland".
