Thought I would start to post MM again, even with low energy* today!

It's only 24 short weeks until Thanksgiving (Oct 10), so I need to push it NOW. 4 weeks till May long weekend; isn't summer the best time to lose weight and get healthier? I tend to hibernate in winter, so it's GO TIME :)

* Yesterday, I started getting a sore throat with a slight cough. I have been isolated past week due to weather (snow), then no energy on weekend. No Covid test kits available in my area; so will stay in a couple days and see how it goes. Will keep busy and moving at home cos it's +19C today!
136.8 kg Lost so far: 24.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
