Happy Thursday All, I just wanted to say a quick hello before I headed out to the gym, then to my dads. I do hope that I can last a lot longer today than I did yesterday (anything has got to be better than 20 minutes). Well have a wonderful and blessed day.

It's great that you're getting out to the gym, regardless of how long you can do the workouts, the fact that you're there and doing it is what's really important. Keep it up and you'll build more stamina to go longer and do more.
