I went a little off track last night, we took pizza over to a family who's mom is bedridden and I ate more than I'd planned for, plus had some cookies and miniature candy bars. I gained a pound, no big deal, will get that off right way.

Today we're off to my grandson's football game, back home for some yardwork and painting outside, then hopefully taking dinner to my daughter who hasn't been feeling well. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

i did the same last night too, jim ... pizza was planned ... but the m&m's, chips, peanuts, and wafer cookies were not! doh! back at it, like yourself. have a good one!

I did the same. Went to an awords dinner buffet style and had some drinks.

It's hard to eat just one slice of pizza. Those mini candy bars are so tempting, still a dish of Hersey Mini's sitting on my coffee table. Who could pass on cookies. Your thoughtfulness for that family far outweighed the indulgence. Very thoughtful of you. Looked out my window, all the leaves that were across the street are now in front of my house. Still a little breezy, don't want to blow the leaves into a pile just for the wind to blow them around again. Enjoy your Grandson's football game and hope your daughter feels better. Have a nice weekend.

Busy weekend you. Yep, pizza.. can be tougher than Lays when it comes to 'having just one'. You got this.. you'll be fine.
