Day 7 Whole30. 7.5 lbs in one week. A record for me. Really missed crackers, cheese and wine, but I got busy finishing projects around the house to distract myself. I can’t believe I got through 7 days without even one little cheat! It’s a New Year and it feels like I turned a corner.
My ex-husband is in really poor health and I told our daughter I would be the healthy parent she doesn’t have to worry about. It’s my motivation.
