You look amazing and inspire me. I had a bit of a melt down today because I just started cutting my portions down and using this app and trying to understand it and trying to find healthy meals that I would enjoy and change my lifestyle with food. I'm having a hard time because I'm feeling hungry or having my chocolate cravings. I see your post today and I felt happy to see your doing amazing and it lifted me up and I thought to myself if you can change your lifestyle with will power than I can do it.

Previous diets I did in my life were just to loose weight and were so difficult because I was always feeling hungry. But this time was different, I understood that my need was only to feel full. Then I just switched any bad food and replaced them by vegetables that I love and eat ...them as much as I needed to be full. As far as my sugar cravings I take my coffees with lots of Sugar twins to make it taste like caramel...😁
