EVALUATION DAY INSTEAD...April Fools, but of course... let us weigh and measure and sale you on a training program day lol. Learned a lot and now know my new focus is flexibility...how long can you stand on one food while keeping the other one in front of you suspended in air? Also was told I might lower my caloric intake to 1050 calories per day. You know that never occurred to me but it makes sense that it may help me get over this Maintenance mode.

My new goal is not only to reach the number 135 but to enjoy higher energy on a daily basis and to have flexibility a a stronger body so that I am comfortable enough to stand up straight (I tend to slump over still so want to focus on building up my core section) and strong enough to enjoy life to it's fullest.

I weigh in daily and always count a weigh in after I get my daily exercise in. The number always seems to fluctuate downward (Today it is upward) after I exercise plus makes a great incentive to "Just Do It":) To Maintenance and Beyond!

building up your core is a great way to burn more calories thru out the day an nite...as you said the numbers arent always the only thing to keep track of...its the extra energy you achieve thru exercising and gettin in better shape...enjoy your workout... and have fun at it...TOWANDA !!!!...

Love building up the core! You stand taller and look so much happier!!! The number should fluctaute downward after exercising due to the fact that you have sweated a ton of water out. But then again, some ppl say that your muscles are holding onto water then. Hey as long as you are consistent on weighing in - who cares. Let us know how the new thing goes!!!
