I enter the info of an Atkins bar I had...it has only 3.4 g of net carbs...but because the FS does not count the sugar alcohls, the food data read it as it had 13 grams of net carbs...oh well!! nothing I could do about it... :( However, had a fun zumba class this morning and felt really good about it. I think my energy level is increasing... 😍
