Had a great eating and walking day before we did seafood for dinner. Kept that under control and ended the day right on my 1840 per day average. Still a ton of extra water in my body. Weigh in was after dinner because I went there straight from work. Hope to see something good in the morning. But then no weigh in for three days as we are taking my daughter back to college. Will see how we look on Sunday evening!
