Down to 211.0 after low cal adjustment day. Sushi for lunch with my daughter today. Slowly losing the extra water. Providing full morning numbers to track the water closely. I estimate I still have an additional 8.9 pounds of water to lose.

Almost looks like we are having a race Bill. But I have a bit more to lose than you do. Keep it going my friend, you have done fantastic so far.

Remember that as soon as you are able to knock out a good sweat on the treadmill, a lot of that water will go along with the calories you burn. I know you have a lot of sitting around in your near future, but that furniture moving should help. Just wear a back brace and don't hurt yourself!

Enjoy family vacation with daughter!!!- just you guys walking around and normal moving will help- now that I think about it, you can actually take it easy this week, after all this is a family vacation!!! Enjoy!
