Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Another day..another workout….another busy day doing errands…was out yesterday taking care of business….and the weather is changing …leaves are falling…always a sign…winter is getting closer…as much as I hate to see it come…but part of the cycle….

Where did the year go…

Should be weigh in day today …hoping it’s down like last month..but who knows…lol…moving a lot more now then 6 months ago…can tell it’s easier to get up and move…most days that is..there are some days..the body puts up a fight…but most days going for a walk is easier…riding everyday for last 30 some days I’m sure has helped the legs as well….and the mind to see that …you don’t need the rest…that you once did..when it’s just a workout to stay flexible…..not about riding faster anymore…just about riding….

Well…that time of day…change clothes..get ready for breakfast….things to do….
