1 stick butter▪︎1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix▪︎8 oz. Sour cream ▪︎1 can cream corn▪︎1 can whole kernel corn ▪︎Salt/pepper to taste ▪︎ Melt butter. Mix in rest of ingredients. Bake @ 350 1 hour or til golden brown. You can add other ingredients like jalapeño or cheese on top but I like it (and most people do) just as is.
