Pre-dinner weigh in of 199.0 after a good eating day. Aimed for 1643 calories today to make up for the 2007 calorie day yesterday. Hit 1663 and that included kielbasa, tomato sauce, and chocolate! Hey, also tried those shirataki noodles we were talking about a few months ago. I liked them OK, but in the end, the tomato sauce itself provided the spaghetti experience I was looking for. They were super low calorie, though. Have guests coming to town and will be eating a lot on Friday night and all day Saturday. Going to have to watch it!
