🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Happy Thanksgiving!🍁🦃🍂

12 weeks till first Monday in 2022! I had a meeting with a personal trainer/coach from a small gym last week and first session is happening this Wednesday! Physio is done and I need help to move forward. I am really stuck; hovering around this 300 lb point now. I read that anyone who starts a diet on Thanksgiving is a true optimist 🤣 well, guess that's me! LOL I foresee lotsa green veggies ahead and know that there are plenty of veggies on your Thanksgiving table tonight. Enjoy the holiday and let's get mooooovingggggggg 🏃‍♀️- tomorrow? 😆👍

Dont try to do too many big changes at one time. It will be too overwhelming. Make changes gradually that you can stick to.
