🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday!

This quote made me cry this morning because I have not been good to my body for quite some time. I sabotage good diet days, exercise well then stop completely. I feel defeated then determined then somewhere in-between. Aaaaaurrrghhhh I have all the tools, resources, time available. What am I waiting for?

Well, today I am determined again LOL. Today, I will respect my body by fuelling her well and moving as she requires. I forgive myself for lapses. Today I remember I get only one body in this lifetime and treat it as a precious gift. I can do that! Please love that wonderful body you have!

Funny thing this morning: I did a screenshot & a carefully worded 256 character comment on the app; it didn't show up, so tried the Journal Post with image on my laptop. Suddenly works again! LOL
