Not weighing in till the end of the month this time. I know I am definitely UP due to my losing battle ether my appetite AND the salt shaker lately. Why? I wish I knew. Calling September a draw(and hopefully no worse than that) and starting again in October. Till then: strictly in damage limitation mode! Nice to see so many of you are losing so much weight; makes me feel a little left behind actually!
