It's been far too long since my last journal entry.
Luckily for me...I haven't eaten myself to death as of yet!
So, it's September 25th and my son just deployed for 6 months.We have always been very close.
I definitely will miss him while he's gone but I got to pick myself up and be better. I just recently turned 59 years old.
While he is gone...I want and need to get my shit together.
Consistent exercise!
Consistent proper eating!
Consistent mindset!
His daughter, our granddaughter needs us!
Time to go to work.
