This will be a fun day but may not be so great for the diet. Got a birthday lunch to attend at Applebees and then a family dinner tonight. At least at Applebees I can order low carb. For dinner I will be at the mercy of what my Sister-in-law serves(she wears a size 6 and just doesn't understand).

Hi Buffy, I love Applebees. Hopefully your SIL will have some good veggies. Or you could eat something before going over. I have done that and it helps alot..Have a great day.......Bren

Do the best you can. Consider Bren's suggestion to eat something early and perhaps plan for a bit of a snack when you get home - just in case. Enjoy your outings!
