Made some apple-walnut-oats muffins to celebrate the blue line. 145 kcal/muffin. Must be the first time in my life I bake anything outside of pizza.

good job on the weight loss. and the muffins look good too. I do alot of cooking but like you, very rarely bake. the times I have baked it's also been oat muffins and an occasional egg casserole for easy quick breakfast meal preps.
